Hey everyone! So we're back after taking a long break. We finished reading the Hunger Games, eating- we mean, reading each book within a week. We loved it, simply said.

So we wrote something with Cinna, because we love him so much. We're really sorry if the writing quality is bad, we wrote this pretty quickly. Feel free to give us any suggestions though!

"Happy Hunger Games and may the odds be ever in your favor!" (love that quote...)

If anyone has any requests, we'd gladly accept!

In the beginning, I wasn't the happiest stylist in the capitol. District 12 was always given to new stylists. I knew I had to start somewhere, and eventually a new district would be given to me. If I showed the capitol my skills they would hopefully recognize my talent.

It was when I saw her, Katniss Everdeen, stand in her sister's place… I knew there was something about her. As clichéd as that sounded, I knew. Something clicked in my mind.

Ideas rained in my head as I waited to meet her. Her entrance would be something unforgettable. Being assigned to district 12 could have been one of the best things to happen in my life. The experience, I knew, would most likely be much more different than what I had imagined originally.

Amazingly, Katniss had been everything I expected. Somewhat shyer and more reserved when I first started with her but she quickly grew accustomed to her times with the prep team. Her entrance was something the capitol fell in love with almost immediately. Her confident smile as she held Peeta's hand was most beautiful, my work was complete.

She wasn't like ordinary girls, but I knew she was afraid of the games. She courageously stepped forward to take the place of her sister; one of her most loved ones. Katniss didn't know what to expect and neither did I truthfully.

As we at together on the fateful day, neither of us spoke. I held her hand tightly as we sat in complete silence. I could hear her breath, steady and calm. She didn't cry or complain, but kept my hand in hers and waited for her time. Perhaps my presence hadn't been all that helpful, but I'd selfishly wish that it had.

…What I did know was that I had this gut feeling that she'd make it out alive, alone or with Peeta.

When she returned, I could only smile.

"Don't worry. I channel my emotions into my work. That way I don't hurt anyone but myself." I had told her with a smile.

When it was time for her to return to the arena, old fear arose but I knew she'd come out again.

As she stared at me through the glass that separated us, she gave me a confused glance.

I could have told her, but my lips were sealed. Suddenly I found myself being held by each arm, being struck with great force.

I could only make out the form of Katniss banging on the glass, most likely screaming on the other side.

I smiled, "You'll make it back, promise me… my little Mockingjay."

So that's it... as we said, we wrote this fairly quickly. We may go back and change it completely at some point, but for now... you guys can read it :)

So if you guys have any requests, we'd love to hear them!
