This is another speed writing I did. It is just a humor story I sat down and wrote. It is a oneshot too. Okay Disclaimer: I own none of the characters in this story and never will. On with the story!
Two lone figures could be seen in the snow. One was standing in front of a small house that threw a warm glow out onto the street. The taller one was bundled up in a heavy coat and hat he appeared to be talking to the smaller one. "It will start around eleven do you think you can come?"
The smaller one nodded "Of course I'll come Minato sensei I wouldn't miss it for the world."
"That's the New Year Spirit Rin." Minato put his hand atop her head before turning to go out into the blizzard. "I'll go get the others you just worry about getting the things" He called out before the blizzard made him disappear.
"Now I just need to get everyone else." Minato said to himself "Some might be hardier to convince then others."
After several house calls later the yellow flash was content. "I have everybody I can think of " he said nodding his head. He looked up to see the sky. "Oh no" he half-yelled and began to run "I can't be late and it's almost Eleven"
He arrived at his own house already lit up and warm. He looked in to see Rin had already arrived and was helping his wife set up. He opened the door and walked in.
"There you are sensei did you get everyone" Rin asked?
"Yes I did," replied back Minato "Did you bring the stuff?"
"Yes," said Rin with a smile "The chips and drinks are on the table."
"Good now all we have to do is wait for everyone to show up."
The doorbell rang out behind him. Minato walked over and yanked it open. A young black-haired boy stood in the snow shivering slightly. "Obito you're late again," sighed Minato "you were supposed to help get the decorations set up."
"I was helping an old lady carry her New Year presents back to her house" replied Obito as he walked in "Wow these decorations are awesome who put them up?"
"I did," said Rin appearing beside Obito.
Obito blushed "Sorry I didn't help"
"Obito your almost thirteen can't you arrive once on time" said Rin in a teasing voice. The clock struck eleven and at the same time the doorbell rang again. This time Obito ran to open it.
"What are you doing here already" came a voice from the doorway, "Or are you trying to be on time for once."
Obito stuck his tongue at the Kakashi as he came into the house.
"Sensei why are you having a New Years party anyways" He asked looking over at Minato.
"Why not Kakashi, everyone loves parties."
The doorbell rang out the third time in one night.
Minato quickly opened the door to the other party guests consisting of Gai, Asuma, and Anko.
"Hello party-goers" shouted Gai. The room went quiet staring at Gai. "What you are all stunned into silence by me?" Gai had replaced his normal green spandex suit with another outfit. A white spandex outfit covered in what seemed to be fireworks and on his back in big letters read the words Happy New Year.
The doorbell rang out again throughout the silent house. No ran to get it and whoever was outside the door started to beat against it. This seemed to wake everyone up. Minato went to get the door for the third time.
"Hello Jiraiya sensei" He said happily "And Happy New Year Sarutobi sama"
"This is going to be some party if my student is throwing it!"
"Thank you sensei"
"Hey" Jiraiya was looking around "Where are all the girls?" He walked off without a backward glance.
"Hmmm" Yondamine turned back to the third Hokage.
The Third Hokage merely smiled and asked, "Do have to be worried about him finding any girls here?" Minato shook his head. "Good he might scare some of them."
He looked up at the time and gasped as the Third Hokage disappeared into the party. "Hey everybody" he raised his voice "Sorry to say this but we missed New Years it's 12:04 already"
