As I walked through the forest, I was startled by a cry emanating from deeper within. I was curious, so I went to investigate. As I came nearer the area, a large group of Pokémon came flying out of the trees. I also could hear things indicating a fight, the clang of metal, the howls of pain and of victory.
I became worried and found myself running toward the center of the disturbance. Upon my arrival, I was surprised to find that there was a large group of Scyther there. There was one that wasn't fighting, and it caught my eye.
The lone Scyther was in the middle of the field, franticly screaming to his comrades. He was quite a bit bigger than his companions, a foot or so. He also seemed stronger, so I wondered if he was their leader.
I decided to hide before I was spotted, but alas, it was too late. The Scyther in the center saw me, and yelled to his comrades while pointing in my direction. However, the others didn't seem to care.
As the battle wore on, I could see that the Scythers weren't defeating each other, they were merely hurting them. None slowed as the minutes passed. Then an hour. Then two. I realized that these Scyther would fight to the death if someone didn't stop them.
Of course, none of my Pokémon could get that many Scyther at once, considering they would more than likely attack the interference, as was their nature, so I didn't know what to do, until the Scyther in the middle looked me strait in the eye, as if to say, "The only way to stop them is to catch me."
The bigger Scyther came over to me, and partially bowed. I took out a Pokéball, and threw it at him. He was caught immediately. I then realized it would gain strength when captured, maybe even enough to stop the other Scyther.
Then I released him. He was very upset, as he yelled very loudly, louder than any Pokémon I had ever heard before. His anger had the same intensity, power, and strength as the fire glowing in his eyes.
He put one knee on the ground, crossed his claws over his face, and then he jumped back into the center of the battle. You could almost feel his power. It was emanating from all of his body.
His next action surprised me. He was engulfed in a fiery-white light, which exploded everywhere. Where a Scyther had stood a moment before, a Hassamu stood now.
Hassamu started his attack. He stopped the Scythers in their tracks! They froze from fear, but then glowed in recognition. That Hassamu was their former leader, who evolved to stop them from killing themselves.
Hassamu then pointed at a Scyther that was a bit bigger and stronger looking than the rest. I realized he was appointing the Scyther as the new leader. Then it hit me, Hassamu had chosen to leave his pack of Scyther to join me!
Later, the other Scythers left, and Hassamu came up to me, so I recalled him. I had caught a Hassamu.
