They stayed wrapped in each other for several minutes, revelling in postcoital bliss. It had been much too long since their last encounter, and they were determined to keep the moment as long as they could.
But alas, as all things must, it came to an end.
The younger man's alarm buzzed.
Work.
If it wasn't Percy's wife or Scorpius's father, it was work. Most often, it was work.
But with Scorpius preparing for his wedding, and Percy preparing to marry off his daughter, this would be the last time for several weeks that either one would be interrupted by work.
Scorpius slid out of his bed and stretched, walking slowly to his dresser for a fresh set of clothing.
Percy smiled at the younger man who would soon be his son-in-law.
"I've got to head into work. You're welcome to stay until I've returned." the blond said, sliding back into his white work robes.
"Don't I always, Scor?"
He kissed the man soundly, and waved him off.
