Fans suggested this pairing to me earlier this year plus this is a sequel to my other story, Tamaa's Return."

It was their day off, and the royal family is holding a celebration party for the arrival of Salama & Safi which Tamaa and Onno's offspring that Kulinda happy took care of while the guard was out doing their duties. "Ono, now you're a father," Bunga said with his arms crossed. "Really?" Tamma put his wing around his mate. "Yes, Ono was caring for Kulinda's baby," Kion said. "Oh, that's sweet of you, Ono," He said, nuzzling under his chin. "I do appreciate it," He said. "Well, you scratch my back, I scratch yours "Unaweza scratch nyuma yangu, mimi scratch yako."

"Thanks, for showing your support," Ono said. "I should probably go" she stretched her wings "I need to get back to my baby. "It was nice having you here" Nala stepped up "Yeah, you were very helpful," Her husband said after. "Especially, to us" Tamaa kissed his mate on the cheek. Kulinda giggled and turned to the entrance "I'll catch ya later" She took off into the sky.

Everyone turned to the lovebirds "So, what do you guys wanna do, go to the oasis? Kion said. "It's nice there," Simba said, backing his son up. "Uh, I think we better stay here and look after our eggs" The Egret responded. "It's such a nice day out? His mate asked. "But who's gonna watch our eggs," Ono asked back. Tamaa was about to say something, but he stopped "good point. "I'll do it, and hopefully it'll be much easier than my previous babysitting with Simba and Nala and Kion and Bunga" Zazu stepped forward and spoke out.

The four looked at each other and laughed. "I very much appreciate the offer, but it's common knowledge that a baby bird's first sight should be it's one of the parents" Ono stated the very fact, him being a bird himself in all. Zazu sighed "We think you deserve a vacation, how about spending time with Timon," Simba said. "I don't know. I should stay with you, sire" He begged.

"I have Tamaa to sound an alarm of anything happens, besides..you two seem to be getting very close lately" He added with a smirk across his face. Simba didn't know before, but the picture became clear once it was in playback. "What're you talking about" he turned around "I most certainly do not have a crush on him" He blushed a little. "My dad does have a point," Kion said, taking his side. "Really" he turned to face the two and flew up to Kion's nose "name a couple of things that define us as a couple" He angrily demanded.

"I accept your challenge "Kion got ready like he was beginning to fight. 'I'll start" Fuli looked at Kion then at Zazu "For starters, you both babysat Simba "Unfortunately" The red-billed hornbill crossed his arms "you both were such a pain, sire," He said. "Come on, it wasn't that bad, was it? He asked in his defense. The bird flew and landed on his nose "my back was almost broken.

"Anyway, here is another one" Beshte gave it a shot "both of you have anger issues. "That's rubbish, I'm perfectly mellow," he said with his wings on his hips. "Ohh, I've got an UnBungalievable one" He raised his hand.

"Oh, great" The bird turned around "what is it this time? He rolled his eyes. Simba mentioned that you and Timon were trapped in a bone cage together by Scar. "So..." He said, waiting.

"You were holding onto Timon like he was your mate" Zazu looked down, tapped the tips of his wings together and mumbled. "What was that, am I sensing a guilty conscience? He asked, in a suspicious tone. Zazu bites his lower lips.

"Well, we had better get going," Kion said. "Okay," His mother said, and the Guard ran off.

Timon was eating bugs with his best buddy, Pumbaa until the warthog said something. "Say, do you have a crush on Zazu by any chance? "What" he stopped he was about to put a crunchy bug into his mouth "of course not" He made gaging and vomiting noises. Pumbaa rolled his eyes "Why in Mufasa would I have romantic feels for that bird? The Meerkat pounded the table. "You're joking, right...I saw you cuddling up to him" The warthog said, attacking him with his previous action. "Allow me to elaborate...there were hyenas trying to eat me" He heavily explained.

Pumbaa wasn't buying it cause he obviously knew that Zazu was in there, he couldn't do the alternative and went somewhere else, but he wanted to feel his embrace. "Pumbaa, I will never fall in love with Zazu," He said, making his point. "Well..."I'm gonna turn in" He turned around and walked away while Timon sat then sloughed.

His mind swirled when Zazu was brought up, it was true that he liked him quite a lot of he was being honest, but he couldn't accept that he's crushing hard and it unreasonable is that he could still feel the softness of his heart beating. "Bah, what does he know' He silenced his best friend and was about to walk to bed, but inside he felt like he was beating himself up and that was not healthy to keep his feeling behind closed doors.

Don't worry, I'm gonna finish the prequel and my other fanfic as times moves forward. Tamaa is such a perfect match for Ono and no one can convince me otherwise, Kion and Janja are suddenly starting to make more sense to me, but with Kovu now in the show, I'm hesitant.
