Summary: Lambo looks back at his life and decides that he likes his life the way it is.

Lambo Bovino had always been alone. Nobody had ever payed attention to him. None of the children were allowed near him because he was the boss's son. His beautiful and kind mama had died, and his father loathed his very existence. So when he was ordered to kill Reborn, he thought he could earn recognition. His eyes lit up at the thought. People would have to be kind to him if he killed Reborn! They would have to give him candy. And maybe, just maybe, someone would be his friend. So with a grin on his face he set off to Japan.
When he reached his destination to say he was shocked was an understatement. He had half expected Reborn to ignore him and shove him aside, but someone had helped him and asked if he was okay! And he hadn't even touched Reborn! When the soft looking boy pulled out a grape candy and offered it to him, he burst into tears.
"Hieee! Why are you crying!? You said you liked grape, didn't you? No, no, no, no, no please don't cry! Here, I have a toy. See, it glows!"
And as the flustered boy fussed over him and tried to stop his tears, Lambo laughed. Tsuna could only flush and smile in relief as the little five-year old stood and grinned at him. Now, ten years later, as Lambo grew and matured, he realized he was one of the luckiest people in the world. He had his Dame-oniichan (he was the only one allowed to call him that) and I-pin and the rest of his family, even Stupidera. He didn't need recognition or his Father's approval. He was happy. So when he heard his name being called and "If you don't get here right now I'll blow you up you stupid cow!" with the sound of metal clashing and laughter, he smiled and ran towards them, never once looking back.
So there it is. My first story! It actually turned out a lot better than I thought. I mean seriously, I thought it was going to be absolute crap. Phew! Anyways, please review! If you do I'll give you a Tsuna plushie! It comes with cat ears too! And I've actually fixed it up a bit, so now I feel proud of it. Even though a lot of people probably won't read it. Oh well.
