Biting Back
Duncan sat at the dock of shame, with his feet dangling over the edge, and his heart lost somewhere in the pit of his stomach. Courtney had been dragged to the boat, and voted off. Just like that. He had finally gotten that kiss he'd been itching for, and he had to admit, seeing Courtney breaking the rules like that was quite a turn on. But now it didn't matter. She was gone gone gone.
He sat there, as if he waited she might return to him. With her uptight cocky attitude, and her brown hair that smelled so nice. It made him smile, thinking back and remembering how breaking the simplest of rules got her so exhilarated.
He had kissed her, he had her, she was his. He sighed heavily, the sun was rising, and he knew his team would be disappointed in him. His heart was heavy, and he would be tired. Sitting out on the docks had done him no good, but he wished she was there to see that pretty sunrise with him.

Duncan poked at the slop that resembled oatmeal. He remember how she had brought him some food when he was told to stay in the boat house. He had to admit, all the deadly looking shark jaws had been a mood killer, but at that point he wanted to make out with her more then anything.
"Hey, Duncan..." He looked up to see Trent's arm on his shoulder. "It's OK dude, it's not like she's gone forever."
He growled at him, and retorted cockily. "Yeah, I just don't know where it is she lives, and I have no number." Trent pulled back a little, knowing he should leave the angry juvenile delinquent alone.
'Why the hell should he even care!' Duncan flamed Trent inwardly. ' Besides, how would he know what it's like. He's got Gwen, and it wouldn't surprise me if she already gave him her number...'
Shaking his head, Duncan threw his untouched food away. Why was he so easily pissed off?
"Maybe you should move on." Duncan turned to see Chris leaning casually on the cabin wall.
"What?" He hissed, not really in the mood for Chris's antics.
"Y'know, like, let her go." He continued with a smirk. Duncan just glared. "Come on Duncan, She's gone! For good, and she's not coming back. Ever!" He emphasized the last word. "Every camper here knows that, and they know that your broken over it. I don't think They'll want to keep you around if your slacking off in the competitions."
Duncan crossed his arms. "Oh yeah. Who exactly is, 'they'?"
Chris smirked. "Oh, just everyone on your team. I think Trent was right in pointing out all this. Ypu really should let her go, for the tem!" He put his arm on Duncan's shouldwe in a similar way Trent had.
Duncan glared at him deeply, and then threw a dirty look at Trent. He was trying to get him kicked off? 'Well it isn't going to be that easy bub.' He would fight back.
Chris watched with a smirk and a glint in his eye, as Duncan stormed off. This Definitely would be getting him more veiws. Oh how he loved starting conflict!
I know it's short, and sketchy, but it's just the intro. I promise the other chapters will be longer. So send me feedback, tell me what you think of the idea, it helps me continue writing! Flame to your hearts content, it keeps me warm in the winter, and helps me improve my weak points... R&R :D
