Background: Jessié was born a month before the Chernobyl accident that took over the city
that stands today. Her family fled the country as refugees and landed in a spot in France.
Once they got settled, they changed their names and went into hiding for a year. Her dad
used to be apart of the USSR as a lieutenant and was on site when the reactors overloaded,
and nearly got out with his life. Jessié wanted to follow her father's footsteps, as he was
killed at the border by the KGB for fleeing the country. At a young age, Jessié was always
getting into trouble. If it was stealing pencils or knocking people out that pissed her off.
Jessié was expelled near the end of the last semester of school for punching a teacher in the
face because he was "checking her out". Jessié's mother agreed with her daughter that it
was justifiable as other girls have been sexually harassed by the same teacher. At the age of
18, she joined the French military unit "Forces armées françaises". Her mother wasn't happy
for her choice in life as Jessié had gone behind her back. It took years before her mother
sooner or later accepted what she wanted to do. After being in the special force for a couple
of months, Jessié went on a personal goal to be just like her father or hopefully better. She
pushed herself to the breaking point day after day, training and perfecting her skills as Jessié
ascended up the ranks. By the time of 25, Jessié got given the rank of Lieutenant, becoming
the youngest Lieutenant in the French army.
Jessié is excelled in Marksmanship and CQB and was number one within marksmanship in
the Eu. Jessié is able to hit a target from up to one and a half kilometer away with no
difficulty, and with this special ability of hers, caught the eye of the top tier force GIGN.
Jessié was asked to enter the top elite which she, of course, agreed upon joining. After
arriving, Jessié met the infamous Emmanuel "Twitch" Pitchon. The two were the polar
opposites of each other. Emmanuel was social were Jessié was more antisocial.
Emmanuelle would always pick on Jessié for being alone and of how introverted she is. This
picking continued for months until Jessié broke her civilized behavior and smashed
Emanuelle's prototype shock drones that she was in the middle of the constructing. The two
were always budding heads at one another, then one operation changed all that. Operation
Barkly. During the mission, Jessié tried to clear a room by herself. But as the breach charge
roared, she jumped into action. As the smoke from the demolished wall cleared, the number
of hostiles took her by surprise as she was quickly shot six times. Two in the right shoulder,
two in her stomach, one grazed the left side of her head as it's the reason for her long scar
across her cheek, with the final one hitting her left thigh. Jessié felt the life outflow of her
wounds as Emmanuelle cleared the room and with an outstanding performance rushed to
Jessié to assist her out of the building were the paramedics waited. It took Jessié a couple of
months to recover from her injuries, with Emmanuelle checking in on her every day. Since
mission Barkly, Emmanuelle and Jessié have been closer than two drops of water.
