2010, A CSI New Year's drabble for you all.

A Drabble for New Year

I don't own CSI in any way, and if I did, it would be a lot different.

Catherine snuggled into Jim Brass's chest. It felt so warm and perfect. Jim bent his head down and kissed her. It felt warm and perfect.

Nick looked down at Mandy, sleeping next to him on the sofa. He felt wonderful. He moved his arm to be a bit more comfortable, trying not to disturb her. Tomorrow was New Year's Eve and he had a ring.

Greg texted Riley. But she didn't answer. Greg sighed, another busted relationship.

David Phillips yawned, and tried to not awake his wife, pregnant with their third child. Maybe this will be the girl they so want.

David Hodges shook his head as he awoke and looked down at Wendy. They'd shared a science fiction marathon. She was sound asleep and David Hodges was a very happy man.

Doc and Judy were exhausted. The Robbins' had entertained the boys and their daughter-in-laws, and the grandkids. It was wonderful and totally over-the-top. They were spent.

Ray Langston looked out of his condo window and wondered what 2010 would bring. He looked down at his ring finger on his left hand, and removed his wedding ring. It was time to let go.

Conrad Ecklie looked out of the front window of his home, and, simply, cried, for all the missed opportunities.

Gil and Sara slept deeply, in the apartment in Paris. With no regrets. They loved and were loved.
