They both agreed to never speak of that night ever again, she could live with that, and she did, for weeks she walked past him at work pretending they were no more than work colleagues, well, until she found out she was pregnant because of that night.
Lily found cal in the staff room, he was staring at the chess board he played with his brother.
"What's up?" He asked as lily entered the room.
"We need to talk, about our agreement." She answered.
"You mean that thing that we agreed to never speak about?"
"Yeah, that thing."
"So, why are we talking about it?" He asked.
"The sex, doctor knight, was easy to forgot, the baby, not so much."
"Baby?" Caleb chocked out.
"Yes, a baby cal, I know your not up for that daddy stuff and I don't want anything from you, I just thought you should know so-"
"Lily, your rambling" Cal smirked.
"Caleb, I do not find this funny in the slightest." Said lily. "So I'm going to leave."
"Wait, what are you going to do?" Asked cal.
"I'm not having an abortion." Said lily. "Don't worry, I won't tell Ethan."
"You can tell Ethan" said Caleb. "If he hates me then so what, and I'm in, i probably won't be a good dad but i can always try."
"I guess we have a deal then." Lily smiled. "And I think you will be a great dad, doctor knight."
