Buzz Lightyear's voice was getting really annoying and I had JUST walked through the front door, dead tired. I got a glimpse of Darren's face as I slammed the front door shut.

"Zurg, don't hurt me!" exclaimed Darren while smiling.

This realy wasn't the time to play with me. I made my way towards the sofa where Darren was sitting and sat down. My heels were killing me so I took them off immediately. Everything was hurting and all I wanted was a mattress to sleep on.

"Can you lower the volume on that?" I stated at Darren without looking at him.

The volume didn't just turn down but the picture did also. The only light left in the room was from a small plug in the corner. I continued doing what I was then I felt Darren sit closer as he began kissing my collarbone.

"What's wrong with my princess?"

Even if the kissing felt amazing, I still didn't answer. I honestly though he was just going to leave but that's not something Darren would do. He kneeled on the floor just between my knees and stayed. What was he planning on doing? I waited as I played with my fingers. It took a couple of minutes for me to look up at him. Once I did though, I saw his eyes were full of hurt and watering. I couldn't stand the sight of this so I wrapped my arms around him and buried my face on his shoulders. Tears began running down my cheeks and Darren held me there tightly.

Once I had finally calmed down, he went back up to the couch and sat. I wiped my tears away as he stared at me with concern.

"I just had a rough day today. I'm so exhausted…"

"Would my sexy wife like a sexy foot massage from her sexy husband?" he smiled.

There was a mixture of sniffing in laughing. He always seemed to know how to make me feel happy. I put my foot on his lap and nodded.

"You know what will make you feel great?" he asked.

"What?"

"Come with me…" he said while pointing towards the door and holding a hand towards me.

I put my heels back on quickly and held his hand.

"Where are we going?"

"Just trust me."

He'd been driving for about half an hour already when we made a stop. I was very confused. There was nothing in sight; just an empty parking lot and a freeway close by.

"What are we doing here?" I asked.

"Trust me," he stated while smiling and with that, he tightened my seatbelt and his, rolled down the car windows, and held the steering wheel tightly.

"Darren…" I panicked and looked at him.

He locked his eyes on me and smile. In less than five seconds, we were going at 50 miles per hour…60…70. My heart began pumping faster than ever but all I did was shut my eyes and hold on to

Darren's arm. 75. The wind blew my hair back wildly. 80. Darren was going insane …he laughed and screamed. 85.

"Babe, this is amazing! Have some fun with me! Look, let the wind get you and scream!" he yelled.

I opened my eyes and saw how fast he was going. 90! Shit. And it wasn't getting any slower. My grip on Darren's arm began loosening… My heart kept pumping loudly. I let the wind get me. It felt…incredible. Darren laughed.

"Okay now scream! Come, scream!"

He sped up the car to 105. The scream came out even louder that expected. Darren held my hand while we both let our lungs out and felt the rapid adrenaline. After a few minutes of that, the last thing I saw was the number 115 on the speedometer. Then everything came into a complete stop in a couple of seconds. We sat there… speechless while trying to catch our breath. There was a thin layer of sweat on his nose. As I was about to wipe It with my hand, he pulled me in for a kiss.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you too." He smiled.
