Richie has a new friend. Problem is he has never met her. They've only been friends through the internet, and when they finally meet what will happen? And how does this new bang-baby, Dark Angel have to do with Richie's new friend?

The first Big Bang happened at the pier, and so did the second one. Now, in the first Big Bang there were reported of thirty-eight bang-babies, or meta-humans, (the people affected), but only four in the second.

Or so everyone thought…
