Kitsune: This is my second attempt for a second fic though originally it was a different fandom. I got the idea though this one beat it. ^^; Anyways a slightly warning the characters may be ooc though trying to keep them in character much as possible.

Summary: A second chance to make a possible friendship happen between three students of Hogwarts. They know many won't take to the new friendship well since the war going on. It's something they had to do.

Trio of two houses

Wary silver eyes stares into soft brown and emerald ones as the teen's mouth drops open in surprise. He asks almost hesitantly, "What?"

Harry picks off invisible lint until Hermione pinches in the arm. He glances at her to see the smile on her lips. He returns the smile then glances at the Slytherin in front of him, shrugging his shoulder repeating his question. "Is that offer of being friends still available Malfoy? If it is both I and Hermione would like that chance. "

Draco stares at the Gryffindor Golden boy for a few minutes then nods unable to speak. He remembers how his offer got toss to one side. Hermione smiles shyly briefly hugging the other whispering softly, "We want to help you Draco."

Draco stares at the messy hair girl then at Harry. He let a brief smile touch his lips replying in response, "You know many aren't going to like this arrangement."

Harry snorts, "Like I care. Its time we put our differences to one side."

Draco snickers at the words silently agreeing with his one time enemy already thinking the same way for a while. Hermione hums in agreement putting the words the two men thought. "It is about time that both Gryffindors and Slytherins combine together as a union like it use to be."

I know this is short though it's only a minor drabble if it's called that. It may deal with future fics where Draco may be nicer but still the same way we know him. ^^; ….Reviews would be greatly appreciated.
