Bella's beautiful brunette curls bounced up and down, flying out behind her as she ran.
Her eyes of brown were filled with tears, she was losing control over them.
The sand beneath her bare feet was soft, yet her long legs were still travelling at high speed.
Her expression, usually friendly and happy, had hardened.
Face crinkled, under the pressure and the stress of her newly difficult and confusing life. Features once sharp yet loving now held only despair and betrayal.
Bella's face also showed signs of disappointment and anger.
The lies he used to tell had crumbled down onto the poor girl: so she ran.
The distant cries of friends and family were fading, but she just didn't care.
Heart beating one hundred times per second, she decided to stop for one moment, just to catch her breath.
But when she stopped, the pain set in, three words flew through her head.
Part of his lie, and she began to break down. She cried, and she didn't mind who saw. Right now she just didn't mind.
Pain approached her, it hurt so badly, her only solution was to run.
So off she went again.
Legs, long and tan, carried her slim body fast and very far. Her thin face was still beautiful, beautiful despite the tears that wouldn't stop. She chewed on her lip for a moment, while she caught her breath again. Bella had run SO far! But she knew where she was, she would return soon, but for now a text to her friend would be enough. Carefully she pulled out her cute pink phone and texted her friend, saying not to worry, then closed her phone and put it back away, and ran.
Wind whistled behind her, 'It hurts now' she thought to herself, sitting down to rest, 'but I'll be fine'.
Bella smiled slightly, then lay carefully down on the sand as the refreshing waves washed over her legs.
Cooled and safe, Bella felt a bit better already.
