Slayers Prayer
Give me the strength to hold on to who I was and what I am.
Make me the raging lion and not the sacrificial lamb.
Break the fiery chains that ransom my soul to my destiny.
May I always have good reasons to find the best in me.
Give me the heart to love the unlovable and fight my fear
Of myself, and the death of those I hold most dear.
Lend me the peace to battle demons without and within,
And find my path in realms between sanctity and sin
And above all I pray that you give me the blessed right,
to hold cheap the darkness and live to see Dawns light.
