It was just sitting there, daring her to do something. All that metal was begging her to sit down, to turn the key left so carelessly in the ignition. She tried to resist, but there's just so much temptation that a girl can possibly take.
It wasn't her fault that it went too fast or that a suicidal boulder had hurled itself into the highroad. Crawling away from the wreckage, she gave the owner of the former hover-turned-scrap metal a weak smile. Infuriated, Gippal didn't buy it. Pointing at the mess, she proclaimed her innocence.
"It's not my fault! Really!"
