I think the pairing is either Nott, Zabini or Malfoy

Either alternate reality or dimension, A harry1 of another dimension uses a ritual to bring the harry2 from another world over to his because harry1 feel under appreciated and feel the world would be better off with harry2, so he uses this ritual by attempting suicide, harry1 parents are alive and neville might be the boy who live, Since he attempted suicide everyone thinks he's crazy, and wont let him near sharp object
