Nami remarked it some time ago. They were allways like that, fighting screaming and stuff. But they were also nakama, even if they didn't want to show it.
First time she saw it, she couldn't sleep well and decided to breath with some fresh air. Slowly, because she didn't want to wake up anybody, Nami opened the door and stepped on the board. Of course she knew that Sanji allways got up earlier than rest of the crew, just to prepare breakfast and that Zoro had been doing the same because of his training. But when she saw them standing next to each other, resting on railing and just staring at the morning sky, she was shocked. No fighting, no screaming, no insulting... pure silence and acceptance. So Nami closed the door, even if she didn't understand it at all.
But they say that the knowedgle comes by time.
And she understand. They can have "their moments", after Zoro ends his training and Sanji has already prepared breakfast. They just have a while... a moment that belongs to them, and nobody else. There's no need to keep up apparences or act. It's just that pure thing that started when they saw each other. Friendship or even something more. Nami knows that she's right. She's absolutely sure that they can be happier than they are, but they can't admitt it. Sanji needs words, so he is talking a lot. Zoro needs a feeling, so he is silent. Nami thinks that they're not ready for going further, because they can't make compromises. For her, they are also afraid, scared of their dreams, since these dreams don't compare with each other. But, she thinks, they already made first step, and even if they need some time, they will come along this peculiar way to pure happines.
These silent mornigs are the proof.
