Felt the strength and the power,
Despite the humble mild manner,
Never saw you glower,
And you never chose the glamour.
When evil and villainy strikes,
Your great power inevitably overcomes;
Imminent danger, dread and doom.
A dash of red and blue,
A streak of primary colours,
A grin to overcome all pain and triumph many hearts.
The sun shines bright in the cerulean sky,
As people shout out;
'What's that? Is it a bird? A plane?'
No It's Superman!
