A.N: I know your probably sick of Senshi/General fics, but to bad. ;)
This story takes place in the Silver Millennium, and I took a few artistic liberties. Instead of them each living on there own planet, they all live on The Moon Kingdom, except for the outers, who were at this point in time distancing them selves from the inners. Chibiusa has not yet been born, Princess Usagi and Mamoru are secretly dating, Mamoru lives on Earth. The Moon Kingdom believes The Dark Moon to be peaceful, but they don't trust Earth. Enjoy!
Chapter One: Rei's Room
Rei glanced out of her bedroom window at the cosmos. It was 9:30 at night, she really should be heading to bed, but she didn't want too just yet. She felt restless, which was usually a bad sign. She sat up from the window still and walked across the room to her chest of drawers and began to dig through them. She found a bracelet she forgot she had and slipped it on her wrist. She found a broken pocket mirror, a notebook and a smooth rock. After she had gone through each drawer, she wandered over to her dresser and spritzed on some cinnamon perfume. She got an uneasy feeling and turned around, there was someone in the doorway! "What are you doing in my room!?!" she asked, her heart pounding. The man smiled sheepishly and apologized. "I'm terribly sorry! I was looking for Queen Serenity; I'm not to familiar with this castle. I'm from the Dark Moon Kingdom." Rei turned back around to her dresser and fumbled around with the bottles. "You must be a little more polite when entering a lady's room. I could have been changing!" "Oh, I am sorry. When do you think you'll be seeing Queen Serenity next?" he asked. "Um, tomorrow morning I suppose." She replied. "Oh. I'm afraid that won't be soon enough. Thank you." The man answered. As he turned to leave, Rei stopped him. "Wait! Um… what's your name?" She asked. He turned to face her. She felt like her heart stop, there was something about him. "My name's Jadeite. And once again, I'm sorry for walking in on you like that. Maybe I'll visit you again tomorrow, but this time I'll knock. Goodbye Rei." He smiled and winked at her, then left. As Rei walked over to shut the door, she felt her blood run cold. She had never told him her name.
