Chapter 1
It would have been the best day of his life .Taylor Hobbs just got promoted at work and he was going to propose to his girlfriend Melanie.
He told her to go in for a relaxing bath before dinner which he had booked a table at her favourite restraunt .All he could think of was his one and only love even when he was driving home he was barely concentrating on the road .This was by far the happiest moment of his life so far and he wasnt going to let anything get in the way of that .
He Swerved in to his parking space and lept out the car ,smoothly walked into his house taking his tie off as he went .It was silent when entered he called melanies name a few times but no one aswered he looked in the kitchen and there was a freshly mad apple pie on the table with a note it read :
In the bath ,wont be long
love melanie xx
He laughed a little and sprinted up the stairs towards the bathroom. He had never felt so nervous in his whole entire life . He knocked the door and sauntered in lying in the bath was Melanie so still and peaceful . He called her name so soflty
"Melanie"
There was no relpy , he started to panic and jumped into the freezing water that must of been hot a while ago .
