Okay, my first fic. and this was done for SpeedDemon315's Fire Emblem and Sacred Stones challenge. so enjoy, hopefully its good, I know I'ts really short... I used KnollxNatasha with no theme, by the way
She never knew a Person like him could be so charming, so utterly entreating.
She would always watch him from afar, watching him in everything he did, as did he.
Lately, she had been working hard in the restoration of Grado. And although the work was long and tough, Natasha would pull through as long as he was at her side.
Natasha Strolled the inner gardens of Castle Grado, admiring the flowers, humming a lovely tune bringing some of them to her face and sniffing one of the roses, she sighed.
She continued humming while bunching the flowers together into a bouquet.
"That's a beautiful song." She looked up from the flowers to find the druid, Knoll behind her, carrying his usual tome and wearing his long dark robes. "Oh, Good Morning, Knoll." She smiled.
Knoll watched her pluck more roses, she always seemed so at peace, even in the middle of war. Though the war was long over, the Country of Grado was still in reconstruction. As the closest to the Prince Lyon, Knoll was given the role of Grado's Emperor.
But there was something was missing, Knoll felt incomplete.
He watched Natasha hold the bouquet as she walked down the gorgeous stone pathway.
She loved him and he loved her, the problem was, they did not know how to tell one another. "Oh! What if I picked some of these?" Natasha began plucking the Blue Roses before her. She looked so beautiful surrounded with flowers. Her blonde hair blew slightly in the breeze.
Knoll began searching the pockets of his dark robes. "Ah, here it is." he said.
Natasha looked up from her bouquet. He held a beautiful silver ring in his fingers.
"A Guiding ring?" Natasha asked. He began examining the ring, with a slight chuckle he said, "Yes, but…you know, Natasha, Grado could have a greater future if she had an Empress..." Natasha began to blush. "Knoll, you…you don't have to-I mean I cant-"
He took her hand and slipped the ring on her finger. Their faces were so close together, Natasha's heart pounded. "Would you marry me, Natasha?" he asked, their foreheads touched and Natasha's cheeks grew even more red.
"y-yes." She smiled. Knoll smiled with her and they kissed. The flower's aroma filled the air, it was lovely. All she wanted was to hold him like this forever.
She never knew a person like Knoll, a Druid, and herself, would be lovers. But the moment they kissed, she knew that she would always love him…
Fin.
