The Other Consultant
Challenge: Ever since I've seen the Avengers I thought that it would make a really great crossover with Hancock. Unfortunately, I have not been able to come up with a way to seamlessly integrate Hancock into the Avengers universe without just pasting him into the Avengers movie. I want to make it more unique than that.
The premise is that Hancock exists in the Marvel cinematic universe and SHIELD wanted him on the Avengers. Do to his personality he is ultimately not accepted onto the team but is brought on as a consultant. Much like Iron Man was. When Loki comes and steals the Tesseract, Hancock is asked to join the Avengers.
His powers:
Strength: Same level as Hulk's and Thor's
Durability: Possibly more than Hulk's or Thor's
Flight Speed: Equal to or greater than Iron Man's
Possible ideas for background:
Thor has knowledge of Hancock's race
Hancock and Captain America met in WWII
