A part of me rather likes Goku/Bulma wheter its friendship or romantic.

Conflicted Heart
Summary: Bulma finds herself between two crossroads, fallen for her dear friend Goku and dating Yamcha. She isn't sure what to do. She can see Goku is happy while times confuse with Chichi. He's so young and needs guidance.
The cool breeze of the night air is soothing for Bulma's troubling mind as she tries to ignore Chichi hanging on to Goku talking about whatever. She needs to get away. Her heart is aching at the sight of the two lovebirds. She turns her head away from them and gazes in the distance.
She feels a pair of eyes watching her. She furrow her brows looking to find its not Yamcha isn't watching her as he's in a conversation with Krillin and Master Roshi. Its Goku. Her breath catches seeing a concern and serious look in those normally child-like black eyes. She tries to smile but he doesn't seem to believe it.
She's already frustrated with herself for falling for Goku while dating Yamcha at that. It isn't fair to him. Sure Yamcha has his own problems but he's good to her. He hasn't tried to cheat or anything yet. Besides Goku sees her as a sister and friend nothing more than that.
She hates her conflicted feelings. She half tunes in again to the conversation but finds it still the same normal things of what hot girls or tournaments. She gets up and walks farther off around the island to be alone. She didn't see when Goku kindly dismantles Chichi off of him to follow his dear and oldest friend.
Goku frowns. Something is wrong with Bulma. She has been looking down as of late. Normally she is with a happy smile or full of life. This bothers the young man.
He scratches the back of his head calling out, "Hey Bulma are you okay?"
Bulma jumps in fright. She glares over her shoulder seeing the sheepish but cute smile melting her heart.
"I'm fine Goku," She answers.
He grunts softly not really believing the answer. He goes over to her and gives a hug figuring that would be the key to cheer her up. Bulma blushes at the contact though returns it.
"Don't change Goku."
"I won't."
