Introduction
Wars are always something that we find in history; wars always seem to change the world and a nation forever. Rather it's the Second World War, Vietnam War or even the Rain Forest Wars; they changed humanity forever even if humanity tried their best to forget what happened. One war that changed the way we see life today was the Human-Covenant War. This is the first war where Humanity stands united against one common enemy, the Covenant. This was the first war where humanity was pushed to the brink of extinction. This documentary was the record of humanity's struggle against the oppressive brutes of the Covenant by the men and women of the UNSC who fought the Covenant in this epic war of races.
These brave troops not only fought for Earth but for their families, their future. These were doctors, lawyers, and even aristocrats fighting in the war. How could these people care you might ask? I used to be one of these marines, a former lawyer who answered the call of duty. When I entered the UNSC Marine Corp I entered a brotherhood, men and women who fought for the greater good and for the man or woman next to them on the battlefield. I had seen so many of these excellent soldiers die next to me, I will never forget them. Every night as I lay next to my lovely wife I pray to God to help these families who have lost husbands, sons, daughters and wife's in this war. Saying and writing these words always bring me to tears when I look back at those forgotten fields of battle where I lost millions of friends that I grew up with. I feel like this book will be the final resting place for all those poor souls that have been lost.
