A 16 year old Timmy Turner sat on his bed and laughed softly to himself, not necessarily at what he's done, but more along the lines of how he did it. Surely he was the only one that was able to make these disasters what they were. There couldn't be any other mischievous teens with fairy godparents in this area or even city. He shook his head, his laugh increasing in volume every second until he was rolling on the bed in laughter. He sat up and wiped the tears from his eyes, then looked at his room, which as you can guess, has been turned into some sort of silly item. This time, it would be the inside of a corn muffin. The thing is, HE was the one who baked the corn muffin in the first place, which made this whole thing even MORE unbelievable.
It had been for a school project. Timmy had to bake something for Home Ec., then bring it in the next day. All he had asked was to make the corn muffin bigger, since he hadn't put enough baking soda in it for it to rise properly. Then again, it WAS Cosmo who granted the wish, while Wanda went to visit Big Daddy to celebrate her birthday.
Timmy didn't think that Cosmo was stupid. A little naive, maybe, but not stupid. Besides, Timmy liked the fact that he wasn't perfect. In fact, he LOVED it. He loved it when Cosmo would disarrange the words and completely miss the point of the wish. He loved it when Cosmo would get the befuddled look on his face when he didn't understand what Timmy or Wanda was saying. Most of all, he loved the way Cosmo's eyes would shine with excitement at the possibility of a new adventure.
The powerful smell of the corn muffin reminded him of how hungry he was, stopping his laughter. He once thought he could simply eat his way out, but with the size of this muffin, that proved to be nearly impossible. He would have to wait for help, or at least until Cosmo or Wanda came.
Suddenly, in a cloud of green smoke, Cosmo poofed in, looking both anxious and excited. "Timmy, there you are! We've been looking all over for you. Well, Wanda was. I was too busy looking for food. Boy, am I starving!" he said, all in one breath. Timmy grinned. He could never get enough of the way he would look past the obvious.
"Cosmo, have I ever told you how much I love you?"
Cosmo looked confused for a while, pondering a bit, and all Timmy could think about was how cute he looked like when he tilted his head that way. Cosmo grinned brightly, finally understanding what Timmy meant. "C'mon, let's go." said Cosmo, grabbing his hand. "Wait!" said Timmy suddenly."Don't you think that this place is pretty private?" Cosmo thought about it then frowned.
"But I'm hungry!"
A few hours later, Timmy lay on his bed, Cosmo right beside him. "Are you still hungry?" asked Timmy. "Maybe.." Cosmo said, looking at him with innocent eyes. Timmy grinned. "I can take care of that," he murmured as he pressed his lips against Cosmo's.
For now, he didn't mind being missing. In fact, Wanda could take her time.
