I watched the whole thing from behind a well hidden bush. My eyes watered as he walked away from an unconcious Sakura. Suddenly, his head jerked up in a surprised manner.
"Ayuma..." he whispered in a almost inaudible tone.
I stepped out from behind the bush. The moments of silence that felt like centuries finally came to an end when I finally choked out,
"Just go..."
He looked a bit surprised, probably because I wasn't begging him to stay like Sakura. He just stood there and continued to stare at me.
"I said just leave..." I whispered again, trying my hardest to hold back the anger I had kept when watching the scene between him and Sakura. She had told him she loved him, but it changed nothing. How heartless is that boy?
"I knew it would happen one day... You would just leave me without saying goodbye... We were the best of friends and you just leave without bidding me a farewell." I said, raising my voice a little.
The raven-haired boy just stayed silent and waited to see if I would say more.
"Do you know what my only regret is? It's that I spend the time of day with you, making memories that will never be cherished. I wish those moments never happened. We laughed together, trained together, everything. But none of that ever meant a single thing to your sorry ass, Uchiha. So just leave, leave and don't come back." I said.
After spilling my heart out to him, he grabbed me by the arm. Why couldn't he just leave the hell alone and go?
"You know, you're very beautiful..." he said suddenly. I couldn't help but widen my eyes a bit a little. There were still traces of doubt in my mind that he just said that.
"I'm sorry, but I must go..." he whispered and lightly kissed my lips. And with that he left me there... I loved him and nothing could change that... I'll wait for you Sasuke...
