This little fic was fun and inspired by the movie Bridesmaids…hehe
I hope you all will enjoy this…my editor FullmetalMeep is urging for this to be a two shot…so there'll probably be more added on at a later date ^^
Mustang's crew, excluding the man himself who was not present, all rose their heads when they heard a soft clanging sound coming heading towards the door of the office. Their eyebrows rose as Alphonse trudged into the office, his sibling nowhere to be found.
Havoc noted that the younger Elric's armored shoulders were slumped and his whole demeanor practically screamed that he was troubled. "What's up, Alphonse? Is something wrong? Chief alright?"
"Yeah, Alphonse, where is Ed?" Fuery piped in, cocking his head to the side. "You two always come to the office together."
"And doesn't he have a report to give the colonel today?" Breda interjected from his desk. Alphonse laughed, and everyone but Hawkeye shivered at how hollow it sounded.
"Brother's fine, but he will definitely be late to hand in the report."
"And why's that?" Havoc leaned forward, even more curious than before.
"Because he is currently at the laundromat."
"But Al, why couldn't he do that after his report?"
"Because he needed to be taught a lesson." Alphonse walked across the room and leaned against the wall.
"Do we dare ask what he did?" Breda inquired, frowning a little.
"Well, seeing as how I don't have a body, I'm not exactly sure how Brother feels as of late, going through puberty and all." Everyone in the office was a little confused by the young Elric. "He's been jerking himself off so often, it's just...ugh!"
Havoc and Breda started guffawing loudly at how blunt Alphonse had been. Fuery blushed and placed a hand over his eyes, Falman turned away to laugh silently, and Hawkeye merely shook her head in disapproval of how her coworkers were behaving. "Not only that," Alphonse continued, unfazed. "But I'm the one who does his laundry normally! And I broke one of his blankets in half. Half!"
"H-how'd you do that" Havoc asked as he gasped for breath.
"I'd been asking for a few weeks if he needed his bedding washed, and he kept saying it was fine! So the other day while he was at the library, I went into Brother's room. I tried to fold his blankets into a basket to wash, and they just broke! Its times like these I'm glad I'm in armor. It means I don't have to touch Brother's things." Alphonse sighed as the others started laughing all over again.
"S-so," Breda hiccupped after a moment. "Now he's at the laundromat, cleaning his sheets?"
"Yup. I even had to resort to blackmailing to get him to do it. Told him I'd have to tell the Colonel a well-kept secret of his."
"Oh, and what's this secret?" Both Breda and Havoc wanted to know so they could blackmail the little blonde alchemist into doing things for them. Fuery and Falman went back to their work, shaking their heads as they went. No one noticed that Hawkeye had gotten up and was heading over until she spoke.
"Now leave Alphonse alone, and get back to work you two." To Alphonse, she continued with a smile. "Don't worry; I'm sure Edward won't be missing the Colonel. He, too, is at the laundromat for similar reasons, and under blackmail as well, with something he would prefer your brother not know at the present time."
Breda and Havoc looked at each other in confusion, unable to understand what Riza and Alphonse were seemingly plotting.
