Life Without You
Alfons sighed as Edward told yet again another made up story from his "old life". Alfons thought that Edward had lost it, but he seemed so sad and hurt at times, so Alfons let him tell the story. Alfons was sad that Ed always talked about his brother, his aunt, his family in his world. Alfons was sad that Ed was stuck in his head, while Alfons wasn't. Sometimes he wished that he could be like Ed, in a made up world. But this was real life, not fanasty. In fanasty, you dont go to the doctors and find out that your gonna die. You dont cough up blood and hide it from everyone else so they don't get worried. You don't fall in love with someone who could never love you back. And you don't get tortured with the fact that the same person wanted to go back to somewhere, and just leave you without a second thought about it. In fanasty, everything is ok, and nobody gets hurt. Alfons sure wished that he could live in Ed's fanasty land. But he had to live in the real world, where is was in love with his best friend, he was working on a rocket, and where he was slowly dying of a disease. And here, he was facing the prospect of living life with Ed. But untill that day comes, Alfons treasures what he has with Ed and waits for the day to come where his life is over.
So, how was it? I just love Alfons!! He's sweet, cute smart, (inset coughing) dying from a disease. . . . . (insert really sad face.)
