I've written a few drabbles for After the Fall and if I do more in the future, a likely possibility, I'll add them onto here. There could be spoilers for any of the issues and I'll always label pairings. The title was taken from the line that began the comic series, also what Angel believes to be the beginning of the Hell fiasco.

Unsurprisingly, being in Hell doesn't prevent disease and with all of the people Angel has saved it makes since that one of them would be sick. And contagious. The champion with a common cold. Suffering in silence- the rate of his bodily damages seems to embarrass him- rather than confess and have Wesley fix him as always. But he doesn't have to tell because Wes knows the way his breathing should sound whilst he sleeps. When he wakes, Wesley simply directs him to the right supplies and book and begins reciting the necessary incantations without once using the word "sick."
