Alex Armstrong and Roy Mustang were inside Riza Hawkeye's living room. They were waiting on her so they all could leave for their military early.

"I wonder how Riza would look in a skirt," Alex stated.

"I'm thinking more of a–" Roy was cut of.

"Mini-skirt?" Alex asked. "That's all you think about, Roy. Well, when it comes to women."

"So?" Roy asked.

The imaginary light bulb lit over Alex's head. "So I dare you to wear one of Riza's outfits."

"What's the catch?" Roy asked.

"Something that you'd want her to wear in public," Alex added.

"Fine," Roy sighed.

Roy crept into Riza's room the picked out the outfit to wear. After that, he ran back to his room. He struggled putting it on. But, he eventually got it on. Alex walked in the room and gave himself a hearty laugh.

"Can it, Armstrong!" Roy yelled.

"This is just too funny. I didn't think you'd actually do it," Alex said.

"I'm a man of my word and in a mini-skirt," Roy bluntly said.

"Do you hear anything?"

"I hear a woman calling someone."

"The voice sounds familiar."

"Roy! Where are you?" the voice called.

"That's your girlfriend, isn't it?" Alex asked.

"Riza? Help me get this off!" Roy panicked.

The instant they began trying to get the outfit off, Riza was running up the stairs. She knocked on the door and heard no answer. She opened the door and stared at the men.

"Colonel Roy Mustang, what are you doing my clothes!?!" Riza snapped.

"I love you, Riza," Roy quickly said.

"I'm gonna leave so you two can settle this," Alex said then left.

"Thanks a lot, Armstrong," Roy thought to himself.

"That doesn't explain anything," Riza said while still keeping her usual expression.

"Alex made me do it!" he yelled.

She positioned her gun at Roy. He ran to the bathroom, ripped off the outfit, changed into his usual military uniform, and came out.

"Give me my clothes, and you won't get hurt," she demanded.

"Now, is that anyway to get a promotion?" Roy said smoothly.
