Chapter one!
The moonlight lit the world, providing sliver glow.
The only things heard were the song of crickets, an owl hooting, and the occasionally muttering of a sleeping child.
But, tonight was the night things would go horribly, horribly wrong.
A shape hidden by shadows was crawling along the side of the house. It's ears were forward and tuned, prepared for the slightest noise.
It needed a servant
Finally, it reached the roof. The thing carefully gripped the chimney, hauling itself up.
In full moonlight, out of the house's shadow, the creature was visible, although slightly tinged with silver.
It was a cat like creature, a least six feet tail, with large ears, ram horns, and sharp claws. Darker stripes penatrated it's tan fur, with a lighter underside and muzzle. It's pelt was scruffy and long, with night black wings on it's midsection, and a dark green snickering snake in place of a tail.
But, it's eyes were the most prominent feature. One red, one amber, with white pupils, they glowed like two small fires.
The cat like thing stalked along the top, carefully to make no sound. It finally reached the other side, and peered into the window below.
Inside, was a young boy with white hair sleeping peacefully. The creature's neutral face shifted into one of dastardly joy.
'Aha! The one I need.'
The creature easily opened the window, and slide inside, noting how cramped it was. It would be sure to get business done quickly.
The creature's mouth open to speak, and a deep, drawling, masculine voice crept out.
"Aaaah. Perfect. One whole week of watching has paid me off.".
"Huh. Totally not creepy at all." the snake commented.
"Silence, Angus!".
"Sssorry!"
The creature approached the bed without another word, and murmured an ancient spell:
"Mihi opus servo, ut servum mihi. Rewired cerebrum, et non erit periculum*".
At once, the magic took hold.
First were his feet, which creak as they elongated, shifting into the back feet of a cat. Claws grew from his toenails, and pads ballooned from the bottom.
Next was Lincoln's face. His ear moved to the top of his head and became larger and pointed. Then, his muzzle grew, teeth falling out and coming in, syncing the growth of his muzzle. Finally, his tongue grew small points to it, and his eyes became large and able to see in the darkness.
Then, his hands grew claws, which were retractable. More pads ballooned from the bottom, and the first tufts of hair appeared.
A stretching sound could be heard from his waistband, and finally, a rip. As Lincoln turned onto his side, a long, white furred tail curled around him.
The final change was the fur, which spread around his body, covering every inch of the young boy.
The cat creature grinned in merriment, while the snake cackled maniacally. Now for the final change...
Footsteps. The creature's ear twitched. How could that be?
He glanced at the clock. Two thirty. It wasn't even morning.
Ultimately, he shrugged it off as just someone going to the bathroom. Oh well. Back to business...
But, their were more footsteps, and they seemed closer to the room. "That'sss odd." Angus thought aloud.
Suddenly, the door opened. The creature and snake whipped their heads around, eyes widened so much, they were bulging.
Lincoln's sisters stood there, and with one glance at their brother, they went from barely able to keep their eyes open, to staring in utter shock.
"Idiot." the snake muttered to the creature
The creature saw a little black haired one, Lucy he believed, give her sisters a smug smile, deadpanning "I told you there was something here.".
The creature stared at the small child, up sheathing his claws while staring her with cold hatred.
"So you're the little ratbag that snitched, hmm?" he growled quietly.
In an attempt to scare away the girls, the creature charged at them, while Angus shot fireball from his maw.
This was a success, as he managed to drive them several feet from Lincoln's room. The cat like thing chuckled haughtily and flicked his tail.
"You humans scare too easy!" he laughed, before turning away.
"Where are you going?" Lori inquired. The the cat thing turned around.
"Your brother will be my servent now. Plain and simple." he replied, glancing at Lori in a tensely perplexed manner, as if he has expected her to know that.
"Why him?" Lana questioned.
The snake was the one that snorted. "Ssservant-wissse he'sss the bessst out of your bunch." he jeered.
"Now, if you'll excuse me." the creature said, moving forward with confident strides.
The presence of something, or rather, someone, running up ahead brought him to a halt, and he was staring down at Lu...Lu... the rocker of the family.
'Why can't I remember her name?'
"Warning you, dude! Might be bad idea to come closer!" she threatened.
The demon laughed, before pushing her away, cackling "Honey, what do you think I am?".
The young rockstar looked him up and down.
"Uhh... a cat with wings, horns, and a snake?"
The creature and snake laughed.
"No!" Angus managed to say "He'sss a demon, fool!".
A pause. The demon took this opportunity to move forward, but was soon stopped by a ball hitting his head.
"Hey, watch it!" the demon growled.
He whipped around and saw Lynn in a fighting stance, ready to defend her brother.
"Hey! Wanna mess with Linc? Then anwser to the Lynnster!" the idiotic girl ranted, hopping back and forth and side to side as if she would physically burn if she stayed in one place for too long.
"Listen here!" the demon snarled, "You have three seconds to get your ugly mug out of my face, or I'm doing something drastic! Three, two one!". He picked the brunette up with ease and threw her into the wall, cursing the audible crash.
The demon continued on his merry way, that is until Lincoln himself came out of his room, not without tripping and hitting his muzzle, though. In an instant, his sisters scrambled towards their brother(with Leni helping Lynn stand up), who was panicking, as you can expect.
The demon slapped his forehead, growling "Now look what's you've done! You've awakened my servant, you no good, distracting pillocks!".
Lincoln's head tilted.
"Wait, servent?" he queried.
Lola opened her mouth to speak, but was knocked aside by the demon. In fact, he knocked everyone away from Lincoln, leaving him to face the demon.
"I'll tell you!" snarled the cat demon "I needed a servent, but your gobermouching sisters got in the way!".
He whirled around to face said sisters.
"And why don't you just make things easier and hand him over?" he demanded.
"Well, we would give you a hand there, pal, but we don't want to hand him over." Luan jested, followed by her usual laugh and the groaning of nine other kids and a demon.
"I've heard better jokesss in the Middle Agesss!" Angus hissed
Luan looked a bit hurt, but continued her bad pun with "But seriously, we're not giving him up!".
"Precisely." Lisa stated "I'm afraid you'd be inviting trouble with yourself if you bothered to fetch elder brother. As you can gather, there are nine of us, and one of you.".
This seemed to rally the others, for a loud cheer was given at the second youngest's statement. They moved towards their only brother, all giving the demon glares.
As certain white haired boy was quite touched by this act, but the demon wasn't moved. He simply narrowed his eyes.
"Ah, that's how the game's gonna go, then, eh?" he muttered "Well, I have the perfect punishment in mind for such naughty little girls.".
"Oooh! You're in trouble now!" the snake snickered.
Then, his eyes narrowed in concentration, and he murmured an ancient spell:
"Idola saltu, velut ictu ista maledictio fulmina feriunt. Simile esse existimabo in me: ut sint animalia, id non possit multo pejus**".
As he was saying those words, neon orange bolts on energy started to gather at his fingertips. Of course, this quite confused the Loud kids, and they made the mistake of leaning in closer.
Suddenly, the demon's eyes widened, and nine bolts of energy hit each individual sister, electrocuting them. Lincoln had no clue, and jumped at least a foot in the air when they started screaming in pain.
Wanna know what this pain felt like? Imagine bees stinging every inch of you, then having dirt rubbed in. Isn't that wonderful?
The demon started laughing, until his snake said "Excussse me, did we want your ssservant on the go?".
The Anthro cat was trying to run for his parents, but the demon gripped his shirt by the collar and pulled him back.
"Now for you. We should probably get out of here, my fine little specimen!".
Well, the former human didn't respond so agreeably to that, but he suddenly thought of a plan.
"Say, what does a servant need to do?".
"Well," the demon began "You would help me pull my trick, and you would also help in executing law breakers in hell. You would need thick skin, as it's mighty tough down there, I should add, as well as a good sense of direct-".
Suddenly, there were heavy footsteps.
Soon, Rita and Lynn Sr. were upstairs. The demon slapped his forehead and dragged his hand down, grumbling to himself "Daemonium you idiot!".
Both parents gasped at the scene before them. On the right was the sisters writhing and screeching in pain as they transformed, on the left was their son sneaking away, and in the middle of it all, was the demon himself.
Lynn Sr. fainted, while Rita launched herself at the demon, roaring "What have you done to my children?!".
She landed on top of him, lifting her fist and swinging punches.
"Ack! Get of me!" the demon roared after she landed a few more blows. He clawed the bridge of her nose, having blood get in her eyes.
While she was distracted, the demon flung her off him, crashing into the wall.
"Mom!" Lincoln cried, running towards her.
"What happened?" Lynn Sr. questioned upon the sound of the impact waking him up.
The demon paid no mind to the stupified father and distressed boy, instead slowly turning to his daughters.
"Oh look, kiddos. Mommy and daddy are here to save the day!".
No one ackoknowlaged this.
Lynn Sr., though he was ready to pee his pants, stood up and approached the demon, demanding "If-if you don't change our kids back, I'll-".
He was cut off by large, padded hands gripping his throat. The father of eleven garbled something inconherent. Somehow though, the manage to stir the sisters, who had just finished up their transformation. Lincoln hurried over to them, telling them about his newly formed plan.
He isn't the self proclaimed "Man with a Plan" without reason, of course.
Anyways, the demon was snarling to Lynn Sr. "Listen you! All I wanted was a servant! But you, your wife, and your kids are making it next to impossible!".
He cleared his throat, continuing on.
"Look," he asserted "You give me the boy, I will reverse the damage to your daughters, and I'll leave you in peace. Do we have an agreement?".
The demon's grip slightly relaxed, allowing Lynn Sr. to breathe and talk.
"N-never..." he coughed.
The demon narrowed his eyes.
"Then I hope you like your neck snapped!" he roared.
In that instant, the demon started to shake the man around, leaving his head to bob about in twisting motions.
The boldest of the Loud clan, Lynn, took the opportunity to pounce.
With a cat like leap, she lauched onto the back of our foul feline, causing him to let go of Lynn Sr.
The demon made quick work, flipping onto his back and crushing her. He pushed himself to his feet, chuckling "My my, you're desperate. Picking on a demon? Tsk tsk".
He approached his new opponent, whom was starting to get up, before dropping onto all fours and gripping her shoulders, quickly flipping her onto her back and pinning her.
The demon looked up from his struggling opponent to her siblings.
"Hmm..." he thought aloud "Yes, I believe I've come to a decision you can agree with.".
"Ooh, what is it?" Leni inquired excitedly.
The demon flashed a sinister grin.
"You give me your brother, or your sister will become my new lunch.".
Everyone's eyes went as wide as dinner plates, and Lynn started to desperately swipe at the demon's hands.
In his usual heroic fashion, Lincoln ran towards the demon in hopes of grabbing his sister and getting her out of the monster's grasp. Sadly, this plan backfired, and he ended up getting caught by the tail.
"Gee, that wasss easssy." Angus hummed. The demon looked like he just won the lottery, and said "Thanks kiddo!", before making a break for the nearest window.
But, Lynn Sr. had come out of his daze, and actually acting like a good father for once, snatched his son away from the demon.
"C'mon, Lincoln!" the father of eleven cried, leading him to the bathroom.
The demon chased after them, hot on their heels, when he slammed into the closed door. After some clawing and trying to break the door down, the demon went after Lynn, who had almost gotten away, and pinned her down.
The demon tutted, and hummed "Well then, looks like uh... Lynn here will need to fill me up!".
Everyone, including Lynn Sr. and Lincoln, who watched from a cracked door, gasped in horror. The sister tried to make a move, but Angus slithered towards them, looking ready to bite their heads off.
To demonstrate, the demon bit down on her left ear, tearing off half it with a wet riiiipppp! He shoved his fist into Lynn's mouth, keeping her from screaming and alerting the neighbors.
Her siblings watched on, horrified, as the demon deliberately chomped away with his mouth open, chunks of flesh and blood rolling down his chin. His eyes rolled back as the metallic taste of blood rushed over his tongue. He was truly enjoying this.
When he was done, he looked down at his victim.
"Heh, you're tasty, my dear. Now let's see what if your internal organs are just as savory as your ear!".
It was then when the others snapped.
He was cut off from his taste test by the other affected siblings all pouncing on him. Yes, even Lincoln, who had come out of the bathroom. Soon, a fight cloud was generated, which passed by their recovering father and unconscious mother.
Suddenly, the floor ended, and everyone tumbled down the stairs, "oofs" and "acks" being generated.
At the bottom, the demon took a look around. He noticed that the boy was closest to the window, and inside, the demon squealed with glee.
He gripped the Anthro cat boy by the scruff and started to make a break for it. Sadly, he was stopped when his tail was yanked so hard, he had to let go of Lincoln.
Then, another fight ensued, before the demon made a break for the window.
But, just before he leaped out, he paused and glared over his shoulder.
"Oh, you fatius*** think you've won, huh? Well, I'll be back! And do you wanna know why?".
When silence had gone to long, he answered "Because I am ruthless. I am relentless. I am I demon from hell, you should have never provoked!".
He then threw he head back, yowling "You'll never escape the great Daemonium!".
Then, he leaped through the window.
*Servant I need, servant I get, brain rewired, he'll be no threat.
**Leap and dash, quick as flash, bolts strike and curse. Resemble me, animals to be, it couldn't get much worse
