Always poised, always perfect... Just one stray curl that always fell out of place. That's how his seagreen eyes saw her each day. Swaying her bare feet, that barely touched the floor, she sat with a white large book in her hands; the book always empty to his eyes whenever he'd try to read over her shoulders. There was something about her that made a pain in his chest appear, as if he could feel his heart trying to beat for her, as with each night she was often in his dreams. Her dark hair that fell in raven curls and her honey golden eyes laughing with delight as he'd hand her an infamous sea-salt ice cream. Something was missing, unsure of what it was, there was just one thing Axel couldn't put his finger on... Despite this, Axel always made it a promise to pop by to visit the young woman and spend some time with her before and after missions: and also before he would go meet up with his two dearest friends. She always expected him promptly, and would scold him for getting lightly bruised up: even if it was intentional for her to fuss over him. Axel enjoyed the attention and only gave back a "Memorize it" to her usually scowling red lips... usually not appreciated and would end up with him getting a small punch to his shoulder or his chest. There were times that she would run to him and nearly float into his arms grasping his leather coat tightly. He would chuckle and let his gloved fingers run through her hair and place a few small kisses to the top of her head, looking at her arching a brow at the "sudden softness" she had. It only took those two words for her to get flustered again, leaving Axel chuckling and pulling her over to the large chaise and sitting her down to braid her long locks, yet at the same time the simple rhythmic movement of his long bony fingers through her hair would set her at ease.

She was short and had a well rounded figure, a rather well fitted match to his lanky and tall appearance, as such, when he took her to different worlds, most of the kind inhabitants would comment and give him flowers to place in her hair (usually leaving a flustered Axel and a laughing young woman). The other Organization members seemed to disapprove of Axel becoming so close to her, all except three: one who knew of her, and two who had no idea. Warned many times from a close friend, Axel would pay no heed to the warnings and still visit her, even stay with her until he had to leave for his next mission. The hours he spent with her seemed endless, where he could just let go and have some form of a feeling once again, by simple means of intertwining his fingers with hers: including the times that the two would fight, to when he would lie, she always knew when he was lying. She knew him too well: his eyes would look away with every lie he told her, leading her to conjure a small ball of light hurling it at him in rage. Her rage would turn to sorrow as she would slip to her knees and begin to sob from hurting him, however Axel would always return to be by her side and let her rest after she became angry at him: staying with her in her chair for reading until she awoke apologizing. He truly felt whole with her, she had somehow engraved herself into his every waking thoughts and dreams... making him promise if anything ever happened to him, that he would find her.

"You'd better promise me... Mister Flames of Dancing Fury."

"Haha, aren't you clever."

"I mean it. Promise?"

"I don't kno-"

"Promise."

"Alright, I promise I will do my best to-"

"Just... just promise Axel."

"... For you? I'd promise my heart... If I had one."
