"Promise me something"
Itachi looked down at blonde child.
"Yes?"
"Promise me…that you'll never ever leave Konoha."
Itachi looked down at Hikaru and smiled.
"I won't."
"Okay…Thank you…"
"Your welcome."
6 years later
Hikaru sat besides the river, throwing rocks into it.
"Hika-chan!"
Hikaru turned her head a bit then went back to what she was doing.
"Oi! Nakamichi-san!"
A small pebble the back of the blonde's head. Hikaru turned around and glared at Naruto.
"Shut up, Naruto-baka!" Hikaru hissed.
Naruto immediately backed away from her quickly, cowering in fear.
"Sorry, Hikaru…"
Hikaru sighed, stood up, and walked to Naruto.
"Oi, baka."
"Ne?"
"If you stop frowning, I'll buy you ramen."
Naruto's face immediately lit up with happiness as he raced away. Hikaru stared after him, giggling a bit.
"He's such a child."
Suddenly a cold breeze sent a chill up her spine. Hikaru looked back at the lake and focused on the little ripple in the middle.
"Hmm?"
She shook it off and walked away, not aware that two blood red eyes were watching her.
"That's her."
"Are you sure?"
"Hn."
"Is that a yes or a no?"
"Just shut up and follow me."
The two figures followed Hikaru, remaining unnoticed….or so they thought.
