Their words mingling with dust.
Caldeum is sleeping now,
In its walls we place our trust.

The start of Man's last stand.

The demons march, the demons roar,
What we've feared has come.
Hell has come to finish what,
Twenty years past had begun.

A sea of red, a sea of dread,
Its horror drowns the sand.
Bringing hatred and destruction,
To Sanctuary's land.

The morning breeze hums words of doom
As it surely comes to pass.
For our doom by demon steel,
