Just for Tonight

By Afterthought

A/N: I am on a roll! Haha. :)) So I did this cuz I was really, really bored in class. I'm happy to say that it turned out quite well. So, I hope you guys enjoy!

Disclaimer: Not mine. I wish it were but not mine.

Darkness covered everything like a blanket. It was late. Nobody should've been awake. Should have, but two teenagers were strutting about under a special cloak.

The two were trying to enjoy their last day of freedom, of "normality" and of joy. Tomorrow, they would leave to fight. There was war.

Though extremely young, their maturity and experiences made them the best of what they did.

For tonight, though, they would forget about it all. Tonight, they would think that they were just two teens, like they were supposed to be.

One of them, a boy about 17 years old with a scar on his forehead and his emerald eyes glittering behind his glasses, took of the cloak.

He smiled at his companion, a girl his age, hair wild and untamed and was known for her intelligence. She returned his smile, their eyes seeming to say 'I love you'.

Slowly, he cradled her face in his hands, leaned down and softly kissed her.

Yes, right now, at that moment, they WERE just two teenagers. Very much in love.

-End-

A/N: I know it's short but I only had 20 minutes to make that. Haha. So…neutralconfusion fanfic is still in the dark, sadly but hopefully we'll start it soon. So, please Rate and Review! :D
