Blood of Olympus
Summary: Percy and Annabeth are out of Tartarus. However, they still have to get to Athens to defeat Gaea. Will they be able to make it until the deadline, the Feast of Spez (Don't remember the name of the feast)? Especially with the two camps going into battle. Suck at summaries please read. I don't own this and the cover art.
Percy'sPOV
I really hate demigod's dreams. The dream started when Percy and Annabeth fell into Tartarus. He relived everything that ever happened in Tartarus; drinking from the fire lake thingy; fighting the empousai; getting saved by Bob, Bob, oh Bob. I wonder what happened to him. Is he still alive?
The small thought of him made Percy sad. I should've saved him and Damasen. I should've stayed behind. It's my entire fault. The scene changed showing an army of monsters looking up at their leader. Koios, the Titan, smiled devilishly at his brother Krios.
Koios said. "Monsters, last night, we were betrayed by two of our own allies." He turned to an Empousai guard. "Bring them up!" The Empousai brought up the two prisoners in chains.
No! Krios then said. "These two, the giant and the titan, betrayed us by helping the demigods, Perseus Jackson and Annabeth Chase, escape. Master Tartarus has decided that we should punish them. The only problem is how? Should we kill them off fast or torture them? You decide!" The monsters roared. Each of them yelled (roared): "TORTURE, TORTURE, TORTURE!"
"Very well then!" Krios said. He took out a whip and slashed it onto Bob's back as Koios did the same to Damasen. Noooo! Bob and Damasen screamed in pain as they continued to get slashed.
The tears fell off of Percy's face. He wanted to go over there and kill every single one of those monsters even though he knew he couldn't. This is myfault.
"Yes it is!"A voice echoed in the dream.
Percy could recognize the voice anywhere. "Gaea!"
"This is what happens to those who defy me and this is what will happen to your friends." With that the scene changed to Camp Half-Blood.
Demigods lay on the ground with swords impaled in their stomachs. The trees burned as well as the cabins. The Big House lay in rubbles. "Gaea, what have you done?" Percy yelled with all of lungs.
"This is only the beginning." She said. The scene changed to Camp Jupiter in San Francisco.
The same thing that happened to Camp Half-Blood happened to them. No survivors. Not one.
"Stop showing me these things."
"You and your puny demigods will never reach Athens. I will make sure you die before you set foot in Athens."Gaea proclaimed.
"You wrong! You don't know us. We will surpass everything you throw at us."
"We'll see. We'll see." She said as she disappeared into the darkness.
