Peer Pressure

Bull wiped the yogurt off of his face with his hands and then reached for several napkins. The yogurt dripped and smeared across the table as he reached for it.

"Ew, Bull, go clean up somewhere else!" Brooke exclaimed.

He sighed, and made his way to the restroom toward the back of the yogurt shop. He glanced at his reflection gloomily. Why did he listen to Chelsea? He could have just said no and walked away. After all it's not like HE had anything against Rosie. He actually thought she was pretty cool. But to be a part of the popular crowd at his school sometimes you had to do things you didn't like.

Embarrassing Rosie had been one of those. He threw the cone Carter had shoved in his face away and then used the wet napkins to wipe off the sticky yogurt goop that was left. Why couldn't everyone just leave Rosie alone? Even Donny was all over her. She should be treated just like everyone else! That means no cutting, no giving her a seat, and especially no cruel embarrassing displays.

He hung his own head in shame as he replayed what he had done. Once he pressed the button he should have stayed to help her or he should have just not pressed the button at all. Maybe he could back off of Rosie for a while. After today he knew things would only become more hectic for her, and maybe…just maybe he could find a way to make it up to her.
