Was it a crime to wonder why a girl chose you over the others? Was it a crime for Len to wonder why in the world Kahoko would choose him over the others?
--
Len Tsukimori frowned.
Kahoko widened her eyes in disbelief. "You're not thinking about that again, are you?" She crossed her arms above her chest and looked at him dirtily. "Because if you are, Len Tsukimori, I swear that I might actually rethink everything, including my feelings for you." She teased, sticking her tongue out childishly at him.
"No. No, I wasn't thinking about that." He scoffed. "Your millionth threat to make me stop actually worked."
"No, it didn't." She said. "You're stubborn and at the same time ignorant—I should know."
He sighed. "Fine, you've got me."
Kahoko grinned triumphantly as he heaved another sigh. "Kaho," he started softly. "Just tell me why."
"Why I chose you?"
"Yes."
"Hmm." She intertwined her fingers with his. "For I saw us dancing through sunshine and rain," she sang. "And I saw us laughing through joy and through pain, and I saw time passing but we did not change." She lovingly looked up into his gentle golden eyes that reflected the setting sun in front of them and continued, "And I still saw us together at the end of every day."
She reached out for his left cheek with her free hand and caressed it gently. "You know, you know, you know—you should already know I choose you." She finished with a high note. She raised her head up so she could reach him and then she captured his lips. He took a moment to take it all in; her song, her actions, and her kiss. It was only hers because he wasn't responding to it… yet. He was still thinking; but after just a few seconds, he did respond.
Kahoko pulled away and beamed at him happily, like the love struck teenager she was. "Now do you know why?" She asked and then leaned on his shoulder, gazing at the orange skies in front of the two of them.
Len nodded dumbly and looked at the mob of red hair just below his chin.
"I love you, Len."
Len Tsukimori smiled.

I'm not good with opposite ends. And it was supposed to be a drabble, damn it. But I don't think I'm skilled enough to put a whole story in exactly a hundred words. Gaahh. But I hope you somehow understood this one. It's another TsukiHino fanfic. If you feel hanging, go use your imagination. *Draws an imaginary rainbow like Spongebob*
Err, about updating my other fics… Yeah, I don't see that coming anywhere near now, since school's starting and all. Imagine that, I'll finally be a high school student! \:D/ Lol. But I swear that I'll update! …At least once or twice a month? Hehe… this is my last post for this summer. :-h
Hmm. I don't own Mario's wonderful song, I Choose You (Yes, I purposely skipped the other part of the refrain thing). I also don't own Yuki Kire-sensei's wonderful manga creation, La Corda D'Oro . I'm poor and I'm not so creative. You can sue me for that, if you want to. :o3
I will love you if you point out the errors, give me suggestions, PM me, and leave a review. No threats this time. ^-^
