There he was: Tsubasa Otori. The blader who controlled Earth Eagle. Once controlled by the Dark power, but now released from its strong grip. The only one who caught your interest.

The two of you met one day after you lost to him in a bey battle in your town's local tournament. He came up to you after the tournament ended and asked you if you wanted to have another battle. You agreed, sensing he had a hidden motive, and you wanted to know what it was.

You were a very shy blader who wasn't very strong like everyone else. You never opened up to anyone, and everyone thought you were just another kid who live on their street. No one really knew anything about you or where you lived. You lived on the outskirts of town, in the forest. You had made many friends with the animals who took care of you as a child.

The battle started and you tried your best, but you ended up losing again due to a faulty launch and low self-confidence. You didn't think you could win after what happened during the tournament. Tsubasa came up to you after the battle and gave you some launching pointers. You thanked him and he left town the very next day.

You trained to the point of exhaustion every single day since he left. You were determined to get stronger in order to see Tsubasa and finally beat him in a bey battle. It didn't matter what the weather, you trained until you passed your limits and collapsed out of fatigue.

But that was years ago. You are now a strong, confident blader. You mastered your bey and created your ultimate special move. You entered a tournament to see if you could find any bladers that could stand up to your overwhelming power, superior strategies, and unmatched skill. You battled your way through the final round, easily defeating every opponent you faced.

But when you found your way to the final round, you were shocked to see Tsubasa standing on the opposite side of the stadium. Tsubasa was your opponent. You waited years for the day you would face him again. He looked at you and smiled. He remembered you. You blushed slightly. Something drew you to him. You didn't know what the feeling was, but then you realized what it was: Love. You never had a friend in your life or any parents to care for and love you. You hoped to the heavens that Tsubasa felt the same way about you.

The battle started and you pushed the thought away; you had to focus on the battle. However, you couldn't stop thinking about Tsubasa. The battle had become a fierce clash of blader spirit before you knew it. Tsubasa was winning, but you were determined to change that. You called out your ultimate special move and you sent Eagle flying. The crowd cheered at the fact you just beat Tsubasa Otori, one of Gan Gan Galaxy's representatives from the Beyblade World Championships. You held your breath as he walked over to you. The two of you shook hands and he congratulated you. You thanked him and turned to leave.

You were just about to leave town until you heard someone running, as if to catch up to you. You turned, your back facing the sunset. You were surprised to see Tsubasa running up the hill. He came to a stop right in front of you. You blushed. You looked up at him, as he was a good inch taller than you.

He met you gaze and said, "I never forgot about you. I've been waiting for you," Your eyes watered and you began to cry. You pressed your face into his chest and you felt him wrap his arms around you. You looked up again and he wiped the tears off of your pink cheeks. Then he said, "I've never met a more beautiful girl. I'm in love with you."

You stared into his golden eyes and said, "I love you too," He looked around, as if to see if no one was around, and looked back at you. You were utterly shocked at what he did next. He kissed you. You didn't know what to do, so you kissed him back, all while the sun set in the background.
