Removed chapter one
Alek woke up to a knock on his door.
"Let me in, you dummkopf!" Deryn whipsered, knocking softly on the door.
Alek got up and rubbed his eyes.
He opened the door to see an angry-looking Deryn Sharp glaring at him.
Alek pulled her inside, closing the door and kissing her.
Deryn backed up and smiled.
Then, in one swift movement, she turned Alek around, and pushed him against the wall, kissing him.
She ran her arms along Alek's shoulders and down his chest.
Alek put his arms around her and pulled her right up against him.
Deryn kissed him on the cheek and whispered in his ear "Sorry Alek, but we should probably get going..."
Alek playfully frowned. "Can't we stay here?"
Deryn laughed, then mischeviously smiled at him. "Maybe later."
Alek mumbled something Deryn didn't understand.
Deryn smiled. "What?"
"Ummm... uh.. uh... yeah.. umm.." Alek mumbled nervously.
Deryn burst out laughing. "Let's go, you daft prince."
She grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him outside, and they started running.
Alek sighed. "Can we slow down a bit?"
Deryn shook her head. "No. We have to get outside before anyone sees us."
They finally reached the fabricated wood gate, and Alek looked at Deryn.
He looked around. "Maybe we should of just stayed back."
Deryn kissed him on the cheek and laughed. "Don't worry, we'll get to that later."
Alek's face turned red.
Deryn started laughing so much her stomach hurt.
She tried to speak through her laughter. "Let's...ahaha... let's go... ahahahaha... dummkopf!"
Deryn grabbed Alek and they ran into the zoo before someone heard Deryn's hysterical laughing.
