AN: well, hey, been a while since I've posted something, I wrote this for a class I'm, basically it's what I think might have been in the letter Sarah was going to leave Chuck in Chuck Vs The Broken Heart (I think that's the name if the ep) there's one small part from a season three epiosde you may all recognise, sorry if it seems out of character for Sarah, I also apologise for any spelling and/or grammar errors, please do read and review, this is my first Chuck fic, Enjoy~Andy

Sarah walked into her hotel room, the words of General Beckman ringing in her head.

"You are no longer Chuck's hander, you are to pack your things and be at LAX by six thirty tonight, not a word of this is to be said to Chuck, that is all Agent Walker" As she sat on her bed she looked around the room she had called home for almost two years, her eyes settling on a photo of her and Chuck placed neatly on the desk.

She knew she couldn't leave without some form explanation, grabbing the note pad she kept beside her bed, she picked up her pen and began to write

'Chuck,

I am so sorry that I can't say goodbye in person, I'm sorry that I have to say goodbye at all, but Agent Forest and General Beckman have decided that our relationship is a danger to the team, they say that we're too close and if I'm honest with you and myself then I have to admit that they are right, the truth is Chuck, I fell for you a long long time ago, after you fixed my phone and before you started defusing bombs with computer virus'.

Just know that I love you Chuck, I think I always will, and if you were no longer the intersect, I'd leave the CIA to be with you, if that's what you wanted, I do it. I hope you don't mind me keeping your mothers charm bracelet, I just want something significant, other than memories of course to remind me of you and the wonderful yet crazy time we've spent together. I am so proud of the person you've become since I've met you, with or without the intersect you will achieve amazing things, I've included my personal number if you ever need anything, even if it's just somebody to talk to. I love you Charles Irving Bartowski, don't forget that.

Love Sarah.'

Putting her pen down, Sarah neatly folded the letter, placing it in an envelope along with her personal number as she had said and a photo of them from their last double date with Ellie & Awesome.

Settling the envelope on her pillow she began to pack away what had become her life, a part of her feeling empty, knowing she would never see his face again, wishing she had been able to keep her feelings in check.

Sarah took one last long around the room before she walked into the hall, closing the door behind her and saying goodbye to the chapter of her life she had grown to love more than her job and goodbye to the man she had fallen for even if it was only on paper, Sarah Walker knew in her heart that she would always love Chuck Bartowski.

The End.
