Summary:
Elena and Bonnie leave Mystic Falls. Only to return 32 years later. What has changed.
Dear Diary,
Today is the seventh of July, it has been exactly 32 years since me and Bonnie have left Mystic Falls and a lot has probably changed there, because a lot has changed for me and bonnie. Like when we were attacked by that Mystery vampire, who fed on both of us and turned us. We have been trying out hardest to forget that moment that has been haunting me for the past twenty seven years. I am so glad that I have had bonnie with me through this whole experience, I don't know what I would do without her.

I closed over my diary and placed it on the bedside table of the hotel I was staying in. I sat up from bed and looked around to see bonnie, sitting on the couch watching TV whilst sucking on a blood bag.
I stood up and walked over to Bonnie "Hey" I said to her softly, "You wanna go on a holiday" I asked with a huge grin on my face. I knew exactly where to go, Mystic Falls, to see my family if they were still alive after all these years.
Bonnie turned to face me and nodded "Sure where to" she asked taking the last sip of her blood bag and chucking it into the bin.
I placed my two hands against one another and brought them just before my mouth "Eh.. Back to mystic falls?" I asked kind of nervous.
Bonnie's eyes lit up in surprise and to my surprise she nodded her head in agreement. I jumped up and down in surprise and ran using my vampire speed to my bed and began to pack my things. Bonnie did the same.
Mystic Falls Here I Come
Nobody's POV:
Bonnie and Elena sat side by side in the plane as it left the airport. Both girls where feeling kind of nervous to go back to Mystic Falls, after all it has been thirty two years and little or a lot could of happened with their absence.
Elena knew that Caroline, Stefan and Damon would be the same that is if they where still living in Mystic Falls. They were likely to have done that. Hopefully Elena thought because it was going to be kind of awkward between her, Damon and Stefan, trying to explain her reasons for leaving and how she was turned. She really wasn't sure of what she was wanting to happen.
Ding Dong: Attention all passengers, we should landing in Mystic Falls in approximately 15 minutes please return to your seats and buckle up.
Elena and Bonnie both fastened their belts and sat back and relaxed awaiting their landing.
Hi this is my very first attempt at writing a proper multi-chapter fanfic so please bare with me.
I know that the first chapter wasn't very long but that was because I wanted to keep the arriving in Mystic Falls for the next Chapter.
