Book 1: Changing Sucks
Prelude
That was a day I will never forget. That one horrible day. The day I was going to be popular. I was going to be someone, but that one thing made it all fall apart. I hope I never have to go through that pain again. I would never wish that on anyone. That day my best friends turned their backs on me. I was too ashamed of what happened to go back home. I finally knew what it meant to be truly alone. I lost all hope. I wasn't sure if I even wanted to keep living.
That day I learned what fear really was like. Those people wanted to kill me. It was like their anger was a person that was standing beside them telling them to kill me. I wanted to die that day.
Man, that day was not high on my like list. It was like PMSing on the first day of high school, which happens to be your birthday. You have no pads. You are having the worst cramps of your life and are wearing khaki pants. Not to mention there is no school nurse, all of your friends are really immature guys, and you are heavy. And to top it all off all of your teachers decide to randomly give you a quiz on stuff you were supposed to learn or you forgot over the summer. And just to be cruel the each give you a research project over something you never heard of. Try that on steroids. That is a little better than happened on that one day. Well instead of ranting I should just tell you the story.
