Okay, so I know I should be working on "Every Kitsune Has His Day" (Hereafter referred to as EKHHD), but this has been on my computer before I even thought about EKHHD. I just wanted to put it out there and see if anybody would want to see more. I was planning on adding more and making it the prologue, but I lost the will to write this one. (Like so many other stories that have tried to come out of my head.)

Digging up the Roots
Prologue
Tsunade sat on her bed starring at the newborn child in her arms.
"Where did I go wrong kiddo?" she said to the child. She ruffled the patch of blonde hair on his head as she stood. She slipped her bag over her shoulder and headed for the door.
"Come on, let's go see aunt Ayeika."
Tsunade pulled her cloak over her child as rain began to fall.
"Hold on kiddo we're almost there." whispered Tsunade. As she passed through the entrance to the Namikaze district, she felt her stomach knot. Tsunade noted that the place was a ghost town compared to the last time she was here. Luckily she reached the clan head house before she went insane.
Tsunade knocked on the door three times, no answer. She knocked again, again no answer. She banged on the door,
"Come on Ayeika, I know you're home, open the door!" she shouted. The door opened to reveal a beautiful, young, blue eyed, brunette woman. The woman stood there in a white robe rubbing her eyes. She yawned,
"What the hell Tsunade it's midnight, I thought you weren't coming till morning?" she said groggily.
"Well I ran into some trouble and I have to leave now." Tsunade retorted.
"Dan wouldn't have wanted this Tsunade and you know it." Ayeika said.
"Not now Ayeika I have to leave now or I won't be able to."
"What do you mean you won't be able to?" Tsunade sighed.
"I requested a squad of Chuunin from Sarutobi-sensei and he threatened to mark me as a rogue-ninja if I left." Ayeika gasped. "Relax, the old man was just bluffing, he would never do anything like that, but just encase he wasn't I'm leaving now."
"Tsunade please he's only a week old you have to stay." Ayeika pleaded.
"Enough already Ayeika, I'm leaving and that's final." Tsunade looked down at the child in her arms.
"Sorry kiddo, I have to do this and unfortunately it's to dangerous for you to come with me." She leaned forward and kissed him lightly on the forehead.
"I'll be back before you know it, be good for aunt Ayeika." Tsunade handed him to Ayeika. "Goodbye Minato, I love you." Tsunade turned and disappeared into the rain.
You get three spoilers: Dan was a Namikaze, Tsunade and Dan married in secret, Tsunade left to track down Dan's killer. Incase your completely retarded and didn't catch it, Minato is the son of Tsunade and Dan. I lied here's a fourth spoiler, Ayeika (made it up, not an actual word) is Dan's sister; a.k.a. Shizune's mother. Let me know if you like it and want more, or if you want me to work on EKHHD first. I don't care if the actual ages don't add up for this possibility, don't flame me.
