Wrecker
By SMYGO4EVA
Bulkhead knew that he was always going to do two things: build things or break things, either with purpose or even by accident. On Cybertron, he would work to the very circuits as one of the many laborers, cutting away and tearing away anything that was useless and construct something that would become a part of the future for the planet. As one of the Wreckers, he would do what he did best, use what he had learned as a laborer and use it for good, when he saw that the former resolve of Cybertron was crumbling. He knew how to break things and how to fight, with all his might, even if he knew his size was more than necessary for a warrior to hold together, but it wasn't all that he wanted.
The former Wrecker never saw fighting in his wildest visions, but when he knew how to fight, he fought with everything he had. It was as if he had no choice, as everything else was in the war, the very war that proved to be Cybertron's downfall. Even with Wheeljack at his side at the time, he still never wanted the war to consume what was once their home, where the societies weren't divided by the words 'Autobot' or 'Decepticon'. He used his brute strength for what he thought was for a good cause, never even thinking of using it for combat. At the time, he was a Wrecker, only until he knew that he could fight for the cause, to help in a way that was larger than even him. He was never really the observant one, but he had to make a difference in that movement, so with joining Team Prime, he would still be a Wrecker, just only halfway.
He knew how to fight, how to use his huge size for the better, and being on Team Prime was a tough road ahead, with the rumbling of the footsteps of the Decepticons close at hand. He never wanted to fight in something that would end life, so in this fight he did what he had to in order to survive. He was with warriors, who had better training than him, a better understanding of war and its consequences, and from what he had done, he fought not just for survival, but now for the team as well. He would jump at the chance to fight and to even tear out the very spark of a Decepticon – as far as he knew, they were the enemy now.
Earth was still very strange to him, with a planet so vast yet very fragile, something like him, and even with Miko to help him understand along with the other kids, he still wasn't sure. It's what's always happened before. Being a part of something that was small yet a huge part of life itself – Bulkhead may not be the sharpest tool in the system, but sometimes he understood what it meant to be somebody, not a simpleton who fades into the background.
Even though he's a part of Team Prime now, he still felt unsure, as he knew that in his living spark he was a Wrecker, which he knew that he would be breaking and building things for the better.
