This is my attempt at poetry but done in a way that it came out as a piece of fan work. I don't yet have the stories up to explain it but still feel free to tell me what you think. It's designed to be by a character of mine but I suppose you could see it as anyone you want saying it. I hope you like.-
Red hair so lovely as new flower petals
Green eyes as vibrant as their leaves and stems….
To look upon you reminds me of the plants you so expertly grow
Just as to look on their beauty reminds me of yours.
You've been called weak for being so much a flower, but then what does that make me?
For needing your support as the rock in my life.
As everything else crashed down around me. No, around us.
Rocks crush flowers, how then can you be both?
Unless it's just your strength to adapt,
To fit the situation as you need to.
