Summary: IT SEEMS THAT THEY CAN'T JUST GET THROUGH THIS. ANGST. EXTREMELY SHORT. SORRY, BUT ANY MORE WOULD JUST RUIN IT.

They're angry. Both of them are furious. Their skin prickles with pain and anger, whilst their eyes glow with a malevolent rage. It is obvious its not going to work, but they refuse to give up. There's nowhere else to go. They've been at this too long, and have made too many mistakes to run away completely.

He sighs angrily, his frustration boiling. He tells her it is not going to work, that too much times has passed and they have lost the hope of the unknown. But she pleads with him, she is the carer and the giver so tries to make him see: she needs this.

But he, the taker, the receiver, the gluttonous statue of beauty shakes his head. He is too tired to continue this charade. It will not work he tells her, just give up now.

She is almost crying now, the ecstasy of the beginning turning into a melting pot of pain. Please, she tells him, just hang on. For me.

Finally he relents. He reaches over and kisses the top of her head, knowing he will never win.

As the hours pass, their faith returns. And when all is mended, all is fixed and brushed away; she nudges him and smiles,

"Let's never bring home DIY furniture again, OK?"
