Author's Note= Again I'm at it! I discovered Vampire Knight, and I just HAD to take a whack at it. Starting with my favorite, our own Senri Shiki. This is my first Vampire Knight, so I'm sorry if it's OOC.
Shiki's POV
I can't let them control me,
Yes, I know I shouldn't,
But I can't defy.
I only stood up,
Because I was ordered to.
It's my obligation,
To obey those above and beside me.
I only stand up,
After I've fallen,
Because they won't allow me to stay down.
But as I lift myself,
Up off the ground,
I know it's my obligation,
To fall once again.
And I can't control that,
It's just what I'm for.
To rise and fall at his will,
To assure him that his allies kill.
I can't shake this obligation,
But it's not as though it matters at all,
For I am simply born to fall.
