He wished he could go against nature.
Nature wanted him to be with Renesmee, his imprint, but that was the last thing he wanted.
Imprinting was supposed to tell you who your soul mate was, but what if it made a mistake?
What if the imprint was wrong?
Renesmee was not his soul mate. Renesmee would never be his soul mate.
Leah was the one he should have imprinted on.
The imprinting feeling was wrong.
It didn't tell him who his soul mate was.
It just tied him to someone he didn't want.
He wished he could go against nature.
But he knew that it wasn't possible.
